My journey

I joined Automattic in 2017 as a Happiness Engineer, bringing my background in WordPress development and a passion for helping people build great websites. Over the years, I’ve worked across multiple teams and rotations, deepening my understanding of the WordPress.com ecosystem and the people who use it. Since July 2025, I stepped into a role as an AI Integration Specialist, making AI-powered customer support smarter, more accurate, and more human.

What drives me

I believe that great support is a combination of empathy, clarity, and the right tools. AI has the potential to scale that quality of care to millions of users and that’s what motivates me every day.

Outside of work, I’m a married mum of 3, a sushi enthusiast, and a green tea devotee. I’m constantly learning, experimenting, and writing about the things I discover along the way.
